Is it easy to return items?
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
How soon will I get my store credit?
Once your items are inspected by the store within 5 business days of your return being received, you'll get your store credit in the form of an e-gift certificate typically within 48 hours.
I received the wrong item in my order. What do I do?
You will simply follow the return procedure steps and select "received the wrong item" when you are asked why you are making the return.
What items are returnable?
- Items purchased in the last 30 days. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, odor, or wear) with all labels and product tags attached. NON RETURNABLE ITEMS: SALE ITEMS, MYSTERY BOXES
Can I exchange my item?
We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.
However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure.
* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee of 10% will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
